Lenovo ideapad 310 fan

New laptop. Near clean room environment. Fan noisy, have used compressed air to 'blow out dust'. None observed, did not fix the noise. Any suggestions? Also, woman at church has Lenovo ideapad a little older but with same identical problem. is this common?

For some reason some lenovo's have that issue. I know my upper end Lenovo (Yoga 710) has the loud fan issue.

I downloaded something called "Fan Control" with that program your able to adjust how and when the fans come on after they reach a certain temperature.

I've read on countless forums that you should update the laptop's BIOS. However, I didn't work for me but the software definitely works.

There are numerous YouTube tutorials as well as google posts on sites for Fan Control.
