Lenovo Ideapad 330 Battery Drain isuue

I have a LENOVO IDEAPAD 330-15IKB DA) with 8GB RAM and 2TB Storage model.
I am facing an acute problem of battery draining since first day. My battery doesn't even last 2.5 hours with continuous use.
i went to service center and they told me to keep the laptop for 2 days and they will check the battery report and calibrate the battery.
Even after all that efforts i am still facing that problem, there was no change and after that i came home an tried closing background apps and everything i could find on internet but nothing is working.
Service center is telling that battery report is accurate and hence they cant replace and provide me a new piece.
I want to know if there is a manufacturing defect or only I am facing the problem.
Also my another problem i am facing is even though my laptop has GB of RAM and with Radeon graphics sometimes after booting it lags a lot

isn't that what a high spec laptop does is eat battery every few hours? what were you expecting, I am searching....

a lot will depend on how you use it, their docs say 5.5 hours, but that is mixed stuff, video, music, some work. if you game on it, expect poor battery life as well.

But i have a very minimalist usage. No high end gaming or heavy editing or graphic usage.
just project and business work. but then also the drain is much faster and other laptops with same specs.
