Does anyone have any experience with changing UEFI settings from BIOS of another computer?

Hi mql, may I know how did you get the Fan Speed variables? I'm having a hard time tweaking my Dell XPS 15 and I don't know what values to set i.e 0x4b equals to what speed and 0x55 equals to what speed. I can't just set everything to its max value which is 0x64. I don't want to turn on my laptop with its fan running at its max speed.
