Lenovo Ideapad Y700 - Lenovo Nerve System - Activating Fans

Hello I just have a quick small request, I recently had an issue and was forced to re-install my OS, but after formatting everything I lost an app called "Lenovo Nerve System", now I found a similar one from Lenovo's website but it seemed to be only for desktops and it doesn't have the option which I need : Fan Turbo Boost or something similar.
I constantly get high temperatures and need to cool down my laptop but my fans wont work unless it reaches 70 degrees Celsius and I want to be able to activate them manually, does any1 have any idea? I read that I have to re-install to factory settings but I formatted everything and don't think that is possible anymore.

If you can't find that program you can try others. There are many monitoring and speed manipulation programs out there. Speedfan is one that comes to mind.

Is there anything else than Speedfan that controls fans? There was a button in Lenovo Nerve System which activates 1 or 2 fans that start cooling really good, Speedfan doesn't seem to be working for my laptop or detecting the fans, also it's not a GPU or CPU fan...

Update your bios from CDCN35WW to CDCN53WW:
