I just want to make people aware that since November last year, I've been trying to get my much loved phone fixed under warranty because it won't turn on. I'm a software engineer with 17 years of experience behind me and I've never experienced such a farce. Between Lenovo and Digital River, they have messed me around and I've wasted almost 50 hours now trying to get my phone repaired, and have resorted to asking for a refund, which again is getting nowhere.

I've resorted to contacting the private equity firm that owns Digital River to try and get a refund, I even contacted the CEO of Digital River, and I'm at my wits end now on how I can go about either getting my phone repaired or refunded.
So this is a warning to all, as well as a cry for help!
