Lenovo n21 chromebook wont turn on, sealed battery??

I have a school issued lenovo n21 chromebook and i cant get it to turn on. The charge light turns on when plugged in but it wont turn on and the light doesn't flash. I can not take the battert out. Any ideas??

Be careful with school issued devices, they may require you to go to their tech support for help if you are having issues.
You can't take the battery out or just don't want to for whatever reason (don't want to open something you don't own for example)?
