lenovo nerve sense problem

im getting a script error when launching nerve sense program. ive tried to reinstall but did not work. please help.

Some java related error I think.

Full disclosure - not a Java person.

However, I did google the error message and found a few links. Just do not know which ones are truly an applicable "match" to your overall situation.

Two options at this time.

1) Double check all the configuration settings to ensure that they are indeed as they should be.

2) Reinstall. Could be a buggy or corrupted installation.
