Lenovo One key not working in win10

I have a g50-70 lap top and suddenly OneKey stopped backing up my C drive. I have used it under win10 ever sense I bought the laptop with win8 and then took the free upgrade to win10 and it worked great for 18 months or so. I've read where One key is/was not supported in win10??
