Lenovo tablet Miix 2 kbd shortcut keys

I have Lenovo Miix 2 tablet. after upgrading to windows 10 , most of the kbd shortcut keys stopped working,and also the touch pad stopped working. Microsoft support told me to speak with Lenovo support , while Lenovo support told me to speak with Microsoft support

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that I just suggested to others who had the same problem. Connect an external USB mouse for the mean time for troubleshooting purposes also do test if it will work or not.

- For your keyboard and Touchpad uninstall its driver from Device Manager.
- Once both uninstalled, reboot your laptop and it should reinstall the driver automatically.
- After the reboot do test your Touchpad and Keyboard again if it will work not.
- If it doesn't work do also connect an external USB keyboard and see if it will work or not.
- If it does work your last option would be to do a clean install of Windows 10.

Thank you. I will try your suggestion and let you know if it worked.
I am sure it is not a hardware failure, since I have updated this tablet that came originally with Windows 8.1 and where everything worked perfectly.
