Hi, I've been trying to get my computer to start for the past 30 minutes and nothing happens, the red LED lights come on but the screen is still black.

I've tried holding the power button to reboot and nothing works.

Take your battery out and then hold the power button for 20 seconds.
Then put the battery back in and plug it into the charger and try to turn it on.

If you need assistance in removing the battery, here is a schematic.
