I have a thinkpad e550 running upgraded windows 10 64 bit. This is whats happening (and has been happening since i upgraded to windows 10) my bluettoth mouse will suddenly stop working. In the device manager it will say either the device has been disabled, then I can just enable it. This will solve the problem for a very short time, like 10 to 15 minutes. Then it will stop working again and the device manager will say device power failure, can not start in regards to the intel bluetooth device. I have updated to the latest driver. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers numerous times but they are only short term solutions, sometimes only lasting days before its acting up again. Please help!

Solution
See if this helps...

1. Go to "Device Manager".

2. Open the "Bluetooth Adapter" section.

3. Right-click on "Bluetooth Adapter" and select "Properties".

4. Now 'uncheck' “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".
