Lenovo Thinkpad t430 vs t430s

Hello,
My sister is needing a computer so I'm deciding to give her my college laptop and I get myself a Lenovo Thinkpad I know it's old but I don't have the money to buy a new laptop.

All the stuff I do is mostly web browsing, little bit of game (not too demanding like American/Euro Truck Simulator, Ballistic Overkill, and many other light gaming), and I do make videos but I don't heavy editing only 720p 30fps.

Another reason why I want it so I can replace my desktop and buy the Lenovo Thinkpad Docking so I can have more USB and other ports.

The ones I'm looking at is an i5

It is an older business model with limited graphics capability. And you didn't specify the hardware it came with. Choice of various i3, i5, and i7, disk configuration, screen, etc.

T430 vs T430s is pretty broad. Are they the same price, same condition, same hardware? What is the price?

There are some pentium based laptops out that would compete fairly well with the older systems.
