Question Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga 370 Screen issue

Hi everyone,
I need some help. Since I have my Yoga 370, the screen is playing up with certain applications and on full screen mode. Mostly on MS world applications and internet browsers. Like watching YouTube video on full screen half the screen is displaying weird lines. Or in MS Office top right corner flickering like crazy. Problem non existent when connected to external monitor. Wondering if it’s display or motherboard. Any advice? Please help 🙏

Could be the video chip or the screen, if it has a discrete graphic card the external screen may be run off a separate video chip. Did you check for driver and BIOS updates? Has this happened from when it was new? Did you check the warranty on it?

It happens since it was new and never got worst. Yes, everything up to date even reinstalled Windows a few times. It had Intel integrated video card. I don’t mind changing the screen as I found some on eBay, but don’t want to throw money out the window. I noticed that if I change the Brightness on Intel graphics for very high it goes away.

Is there any straight forward way to check and test whether is the video card or the screen is faulty?

So I run some tests today. Seems like the issue re created during Video Card test. Unfortunately the video card integrated into the processor.
