Lenovo X1 Carbon 20A7 - message problem

Hi,

I currently get a large box warning message that starts with 'Ever pressed a key and forgotten that is was on? With lenovo...'

It appears and stops me from writing so have to close it every time. There is a check box that says 'do not show this message again' and regardless if I check that box the message still appears.

Don't suppose anyone knows how to turn this warning off?

Does anything on the message window indicate the program that is generating the message?
You can probably figure it out when the message window is up by hitting Ctrl-Alt-Del and then going to task manager and looking for the running programs or processes.

Good shout! Not sure if this is helpful but the process is 'On Screen Display'. I've not seen anything similar on my old Dell so guess that it must be a Lenovo thing??

Yup, probably an app that Lenovo loads on their machines. Try turning this setting off: https/support.lenovo.com/us/en/documents/ht002122

Thanks for the message! Unfortunately I've tried this and have it currently un-checked but still the message appears.
