Lenovo X200 Model

Hi all, I have a Lenovo X200, bought around in 2009. Specs are core 2 duo at 2.4ghz and 4 gigs of ram. Currently running windows 7 64 bit and noticed the lag when surfing in google chrome and firefox. I would like to know if upgrading to ssd and ram, would it make a difference? Thanks.

An ssd will make your laptop literally to fly.4gb of ram is enough for just browsing,except if you have notice that you run out of ram using some of your browser then another 4gb of ram would be good.

how many processes do you have running as trying to see why so much ram is being used more then me when I have 8 tabs to your 4 tabs open?
