Before i post this as a thread, I was tried to clean install with others windows os but stuck at the same place,so i am confirmed the problem not about media but from my system it self...
This problem had been SOLVED BY MYSELF,,i am realized when i installed ssd on odd bay on my lenovo y410p,every time i restart windows, the ssd keeps disappearing from my computer but still showing on disk management, i was thinking that like something kicked it out from the system every time windows start.
The solution is on ssd it self. After ssd formated, back to my computer and right click on ssd drive and select 'properties' on security tab i am set allowing 'full control' to all group or users name.
Then i try to restart my pc so many times, and install something on ssd, finally my ssd never disappearing again from my computer,,everything perfect.
So i am failed clean install os on ssd as i wrote on my thread above because the system kick ssd out when system flickering to installing windows files.
After my ssd never disappeared from my computer,i was thinking now should be no problem if i make clean install on it.
Then finally,,,,now i am boot from my new ssd with my fresh windows...cheers!!!!
I will run my ssd for couple days to make sure that running properly before i wipe my hhd and make it as my storage drive..
Thank you,,,,
