I got a new official Lenovo charger fit for my voltage and everything to replace an off-brand one I used for a while. About 1-2 weeks ago, the laptop would charge but only if a monitor was plugged into the hdmi and only for about 10 mins. A couple months before that, the laptop would charge normal but the off-brand charger would make it die if I play certain games because of a lower voltage. Now, only when off, in hibernation, or sleep mode, the laptop just decides to charge when even it wants, which always takes a pretty long time to happen, and when I turn it on, it stops. Even with an hdmi plugged in. It started to charge again the first time because I sent it to a place for a free check up and they fixed the issue with the charging and the battery seems fine but they said it would work for only some time. I just want to know my issue and if anyone knows the cause and the fix to this problem.
