Lenovo y5070 upgrades

I have lenovo y5070 for a year now
The problem I am having is when I play MMORPG like blade & soul in crowded area, the fps drop to 15 and in normal areas or alone it back to 60-90
I Lowe's the resolution to 720p graphic setting and allot of other option like nividia inspector and overclocking the GPU
But the problem persists
In other games too and when I close the game the system takes about 5-7sec to back to its speed
And when I start the windows it takes 1min more less after opening for background programs to operate
My lap top spec is

Intel Core i7-4710HQ Processor (6M Cache, 2.5GHz), Turbo Boost 2.0 (3.5GHz)

Intel HD Graphics 4600 in processor and NVIDIA GeForce® GTX 860M (4GB)

8gb PC3-12800 1600MHz DDR3L

1TB 5400 RPM

Win 8.1 latest updates

And all other drivers updated to last version except nividia to the stable version 355.98

So my question is what should I upgrade to make it better and more smooth

Have you configured each installed game to use the Nvidia GPU? - - 'cos if you haven't they will use the default (and less capable) Intel GPU instead.
