Hi, I have been looking alot at laptops over the past 2 months and I want to buy 1 of these 2. The specs for both of them are:
Lenovo Y5070 Asus Rog
Intel® CoreTM i7 Intel® CoreTM i7
4710HQ 4720HQ
2500 MHz 2600 MHz
Intel HD Graphics 4600 Intel HD Graphics 4600
15.6 inch 17.3
GTX 860M 4gb GTX 960m 4gb

These are the main differences. The gpu i read that the 960M is 8% better than the 860M.
And the prices are:
Lenovo Y5070 - 882 $
Asus Rog - 1185 $

Is it worth the extra 302$?
Here are the pages from the shop with specs:

I am looking to play the upcoming Fallout4, eso, use lumion rendering, photoshop, illustrator, premiere.

The lenovo seems the better choice the only thing i can tell ya it depends on your display preference Lenovo tends to use bad image quality LCDs so if you mind that factor check witch one has better display to decide since my experience with their displays is that they are pretty bad at image quality
