Hi, I didn't play on my laptop since about a year. Now I wanted to play Battlefield 3 and I am very disappointed. I have about 25FPS, even on small maps with 24 players.

Game runs on correct GPU. Laptop is plugged in, all power management settings are set for maximum performance, all game's settings are set to low (I even changed that in NVIDIA Control Panel). GPU driver version is 361.75 so it's up-to-date.

Sometimes, when watching movies on YouTube, I notice artifacts on screen.
Does it mean my GPU is damaged?

I don't have any other problems with that notebook. I use it to work and it runs nice and fast.

My laptop specs:
Intel i5-4200M
GT755M
4GB RAM
Windows 10 x64

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Do a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the NVIDIA graphics driver.
- Open Programs and Features as well and uninstall anything related to NVIDIA.
- Next is to download and install the latest graphics driver form the manufacturers site.
- Here's the link: nvidia.com/download/index.aspx
- Once installed reboot your laptop for all the changes to take effect.
- After the reboot do set NVIDIA as the default graphics card.
