Solved! Lenovo y520 very low performance

hello,

I have lenovo y520 - i5 7300HQ with GTX1050 4GB, Samsung evo 960 - 250gb.
and what i wanted to ask for, is your help...
The computer doesnt work will when i try to play games.
like Fortnite on LOW graphic and 480p and i got 10-20 fps..
In the task manager i can see that the CPU is on 100% usage and also the GTX 1050...
I tried to update drivers, and even bios, nothing helps and all games can't work even on very low settings, it's feel like the graphic card doesn't work and it's the INTEL GRAPHIC 630 ...
what should i do? why this happen?

Are you plugged in? what is using cpu in task manager? give us more info

While playing a game.. Cpu and gpu both on 100% using
Gpu temp stay on 40C, i try to do a benchmark test with passmark and i got a result of a 10 years old graphic... Sure i plug in the chrager...
Its seem like this happend after i intall Throttle stop and select turn on, its could make this problem?

I have definitely heard problems about this before. try this. In throttlestop, go into options, and on far right, there is a checkbox for nvidia and amd gpu, check the one that appies to you and tell me how it does.

But after reading in other places, the nvidia 417.22 does the problem, i downgrade to 417.01 and the performance come back.

And download from nvidia 417.01 driver:
