Solved! Lenovo Yoga 910 Won't Turn On Unless Plugged In

I recently received my Yoga from Lenovo Service Repair back in September. It took me a while to realize that the laptop won't turn on unless it is plugged in and now it is out of warranty. The laptop blinks three times with an amber light when the power button is pressed without the AC adapter plugged in. The laptop will run on the battery after the AC adapter is unplugged once it boots up. I have done everything from reseating the battery cable, to doing a hard reset with nothing to show for it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it won't turn on without being plugged in then it likely needs a new battery.

got the same problem... battery seemfine though.. once turned o, the battery lasts for several hours...

happy to hear any solutions..
