Lenovo Z500 alimentation problem

Hello,
After a two-week vacation (where my Lenovo Z500 has never been access to or connected to power supply), I have encountered this kind of problem: the laptop turns on only when connected to power and, once turned on, the charging indicator shows a fixed rate of 25%, which does not increase even though it says "plugged in, charging" and if i plug out the supply, the notebook turns itself off.
Can you tell how to fix it? A few days before leaving I made ​​a reset of the battery, following which the PC worked without problems.
