Lenovo Z510 often keeps freezing !

Hello guys 😉
lenovo z510 often keeps freezing for a few minutes.here's the specifications:

CPU: Intel Core i7 4702MQ
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GT740M
Memory: 6GB DDR3
HDD: 1TB 5400rpm

i've also checked the temperature of cpu (with core temp) and gpu (with gpu-z)
the average temp of cpu is 47C and for gpu it's 50C (i've switched to integrated graphic)

Make sure bios and drivers are up to date. The latest drivers may require newer bios; thus, failing to update bios even with current drivers may cause issues.

Temps are fine. Drivers and bios are separate. Did you update the BIOS?

no I didn't.I'm afraid it might cause troubles.are u sure it would be safe?

If you are that concerned then download the current bios version as well and have that available on a separate computer so that you can flash it if you do have problems. Most likely this will resolve your problems vs causing more.
