Lenovo Z585 will not restart

Nothing on screen, the 5 indicator buttons on the keyboard are “pulsing “?

You may have to cut the power (pull battery, and yes I know some are hard to get to, but it can be done) or let it run out of power to get it to turn off. Once off, plug it in to charge but leave it turned off. Once recharged, then try turning it on.
