Lenovo Z70-80 keyboard problem, please help

I've had this laptop for months, but this problem only began today. Basically, several keys are acting very strange. Spacebar for example will also act as the Enter key and refresh webpages, right arrow will open a Find search, and pressing either v or b results in 'vb' (same with m and n).

Anyone have any idea what would cause this? Please help me guys, I use this machine every day and really need it to work .

UPDATE: The keys seem to be "tied together" so to speak. As previously mentioned spacebar also acts as Enter, well Enter does the same. 3 and the asterisk on the numpad also act this way.

Did anything perhaps get spilled on the device? Liquids will often cause this issue.

Nope, nothing got spilled. Sorry though, forgot to update the thread, the keyboard ended up being the problem. I tested an external keyboard and tried with a different OS, the problem persisted. Already sent the laptop in for warranty repair.
