LenovoG50 Drivers help

Hey! So 2 days ago I got the lenovoG50 - 45 (A8 6410) R5 6GB)
So I downloaded CSGO and got 20 fps updated the drivers for R5 now I have 50- 60 so I can play csgo good. But now I also play mine craft and I get around 40 on low normally with a optifine 1.7.10. And I looked at the CPU drivers (AMD A8 6410 With R5)
And the drivers were updated last in 2009 now I believe if I update the drivers I can run better fps on mc any recent drivers for AMD A8 6410 that I can get so I can run minecraft better

your cpu also has your gpu in it which is your videocard. (Beema) AMD Driver (VGA, HDAudio, SATA)
