LF Touchscreen 14"-15" >$380 for Xmas!

Hello all,

Im desperately looking around for a deal on a laptop with following:

*NEW* (Not Refurb or Open Box)
14-15" Screen
Quad Core/i3 prefered, but Dual Core would do.
Windows 8
Touchscreen
4GB Ram
Under $370-380

I know it's asking for a lot but I saw a lot of these on Sale during Black Friday, just didn't think I would need one until wife broke hers a couple weeks back. Been checking every website I can think of to find one and so far the closest I've come is:

Not only is this one cheaper, but it is also significantly faster. Your budget of $380 was pretty hard to meet, but I feel as if $399 isn't too far off
