LG 32LE7500 and LG 32LE5500

Has anyone had any experience on these TV's? Does anyone know what are the differences? I cannot find any important difference on their official website...?

As a guy with no experience in tv's I'd guess the 7500 is just a newer version, with slight improvements.

LG's LE7500 has backlit LED (they call it LED Plus) as compared to LE5500's edgelit LED.

Backlit LED LCDs have a considerably better picture quality, thus the price difference.

Other than this, both of them are almost the same.

Thank you. Anyway, I bought LE7500 a few days after my post, googled all the LED technologies, learned all I needed to know... Btw, TV rocks...!
