LG 42LG70 Screen Out - Green and Pink Lines

Would anyone be able to assist in what I need to fix/replace to correct the screen issue I am seeing. Screen is full of Green and Pink Pixel lines.

For that TV you may want to think about just replacing it, while good specs, that's a 6 or 7 year old set. Spending money on a new screen for it is likely better spent on just replacing it. Samsung 43" Smart TV 1080p is under $400, with parts and labor fixing yours will be close to that. You may even be able to sell the broken set as is for repair to someone for a few $.
