Whichever one has the options you are looking for in a phone. They are both great phones. I suggest going to a store where you can handle both of them and then make an informed decision. I have an HTC One M8 and really like it, but the LG G3 is a great phone as well. I wouldn't tell you to get one over the other. Which phone works best for you is for you to decide after you've handled both phones.

ITs on you man .If you like the HTC sense (i like it personally) Go for M8
Look and Feel of Htc one m8 is great.
