LG Plasma Pop of Death

I have an LG 60pb5600, I heard a pop and the tv went into, what looked like, a power save mode (LED light flashed on and off). I tried to turn the tv back on, the backlight turns on for a second and then goes dark. You can also see some sort of burn from the last image that was on the tv. I've opened the set, and tested to make sure my fuses are good (they are), and checked for IC shorts on the ybuffer board (none).
