I'm trying to transfer contacts from my old LG REBEL to my new one using Bluetooth , they pair but when I tap on it. It does nothing, help !

Solution
I don't know of any way to transfer them via Bluetooth as the phone is not meant to send that kind of data that way. You can try any of the following options...

1. Save and sync all your contacts to your google account from the old phone, and then get them from the google account on the new phone.

2. Save the contacts into a file (usually saved as a VCF file). Then you can...

2a. Send the file to yourself (and get from new phone) attached to a text.
2b. Send the file to yourself (and get from new phone) attached to an email.
2c. Upload the file to a cloud account and then download to the other phone.
2d. Connect the phone to a computer, via USB cord, save the file onto the computer, then transfer it to the new phone the same way.
