LG SMART TV does not find video files from usb

Hi,

I have a problem, where my LG smart TV do not find any video files that are on my USB. Why is it?

My TV model is: 43UH603V

Can it find ANY media files? Some TV USB ports are for firmware updates only.

If the TV is meant to play files from USB the drive must be formatted to be compatible and the files have to be the right type. Check in the owners manual.
