Question LG TV Internal speaker and optical setting

Unable to save my LG "Internal TV speaker and optical" selection setting (LG Model 55UN500A). Once I select this setting, it works great but when I turn the TV off and then back on, it defaults back to just "Internal TV Speaker". Is there any way to SAVE the "Internal TV Speaker and Optical" setting without having to go back and manually select my preference again?

Finally received a reply from LG. They indicate that LG's can not save the "Internal TV speaker and optical" setting. Once the TV is turned off, it defaults back to just the TV speaker. They indicate that this would be worthwhile to consider for an update but no idea if or when it would come.
