LG V20 screen burn in

I recently bought an unlocked at&t LG V20 H910 off of ebay. I have noticed that there is some screen burn and I was wondering if i should return it or just keep it as it is not noticeable unless i am using some apps such as discord. Using a burn in removal app works but comes back after a short while. Should i return it (i have about a week to return) or keep it? Is there anyway to fix it? EDIT: Screen retention not burn in. It is not permanent

No you can't fix it, you need to decide if you should return it. I would, why have a phone with a bad screen.
