Solved! LG W7 has sound but no picture

LG W7 OLED has sound but no picture.
Any specialist here can help me ?

Edit : It is Wallpaper TV from LG 65". Sorry for misunderstanding.

I've tried to unplugged and plugged all the cables, connections but no avail...
Switch power on and off also no avail.

You have this under the home theater forum. Are you trying to play a video on the phone? Or get the phone to show anything on the screen? If you are trying to play a video it's probably encoded in a way that your phone doesn't understand. If you are using the default program that came with your phone I suggest getting something that handles more formats like VLC.

If you are trying to get anything to show on your phone, I'm guessing the screen itself is dead. This is likely if it's been dropped recently.

What are you trying to do with the tv?

Can you see the tv menu settings?

Check your connections again then. How do you have what connected? Does the On Screen Display work? Are you on the right input?

I just trying to watch the news in tv.
It just doesn’t display. Only black screen. But I still can hear the sound from sound bar.
I tried to test by playing blu Ray from HDMI source but no menu and I can’t choose or see anything.

This is usually caused by the not being on the right input. I'd triple check it.

Edit: We still don't know what you are trying to hook up and how. And where. Info about what exactly you are trying to do and how is very helpful.

Yeah, try to explain which cables you're using to and from for each input on the Tv.

How is your sound bar connected? From Tv optical out?

Each Tv input will be assigned a unique input channel. So if your Bluray player is connected to Hdmi 1, change Tv input channel to Hdmi 1. Same for Hdmi 2, 3 and so on.

Can you access any of the Tv menus if you click settings or menu button on remote? If there is still no display then there's something else going on with the Tv.

The soundbar is part of the TV. All of the TV's electronics are in this box so the TV screen itself can be made thinner.

At this point all of the 7-series are less than one year old so it's still covered by the factory warranty if you bought it from an authorized dealer. If you charged it on an Amex card you also get a year of warranty from them. You can purchase an additional 2 years premium warranty from LG too.

I’ve checked with my mom.
It’s still have warranty.
I’ve called them and they suspect the AIO unit which is sound bar integrated the video encoded unit.
So I’ll send to the service center tomorrow.
