Lg4 not recognize sd card

How do I fix problems with lg4 to recognize sd card?

Need a bit more details. Is it a card you were using and now the phone stops accessing it? or is it from another device? Or just bought? Also, what is happening when you put it in the phone?

You will need to try the card in another device, and another card in yours, to see if it is the card or the phone.

It is the phone I try many different d card. I reset the phone too. Have same problem phone do not show as card.

If it is a new phone, then I would take it back and get it exchanged for one that works correctly.
