Light gaming notebook: choosing b/w two configs

A friend of mine is looking to buy one, he's happy enough playing stuff like Far Cry 3, Dishonored, CoD and Skyrim with decent settings on 1300x768. The ones he are considering have these cpu/gpu configurations:

3610QM/630M 3210M/640M
