List of what system apps/files can be safely removed from LG Lucid ICS

I have a rooted LG Lucid and would like to know if there exists a list of apps and/or system files that can be safely removed without it affecting the phone in an adverse way. I use Titanium Backup and as I just said, LG Lucid is rooted. Titanium Backup will allow you to uninstall/delete ANYTHING, so I really need to know what is safe and what is not safe to remove. I would like to go in and pretty much clean house, but I have removed something before that caused the phone to brick. I do know how to "unbrick" the phone, but it's a pain in my @$$. Thanks in advance for any help!

Best thing I can think of Is to use an app like rom manager to Freeze the app you want to get rid of, use your phone for a couple weeks if you notice no adverse effects it is safe to uninstall. I would do a full back up in whatever recovery you use so of you do end up soft bricking you can always restore it was ND then you'll know that app is needed.
