Locked Afaria encryption problem

Hey,

I got a customer's computer and they gave me the wrong sign-in information, they have an encryption safety program installed called 'Afaria,' which is giving me a 'Challenge Code' to get into the machine. I've been able to find virtually nothing about this Via Google, was wondering if someone on here may have some experiance/an idea how to solve or bypass the issue?

This is really the wrong place to ask such questions. We cannot verify ownership of the computer or your (or anyone elses) authority to access it and so cannot supply any assistance in bypassing/removing or otherwise interfering with password security of any kind. You'll just have to get the correct information from your customer.

We cant help you bypass encryption. Afaria is a product is a product of SAP, which is used in enterprise environments.

This customer should take it to their IT dept if the device was not stolen.

You need to contact the owner of the computer and get the correct information. We cannot assist is bypassing any type of security measure.
