Question Locked Folder - Forgotten Password

Hi there,
I used Henry T. Casey's article on how to lock folders on Windows 10. (https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/password-protect-folder-windows-10)
Unfortunately, I have forgotten the password to the folder and now cannot access important files that are on that.
Can anyone help me bipass the password or how I can change it while the folder is still locked?
