Locked Laptop

Hello,
I didn't know to use the Password Wizard on my other Acer, forgot the new password, and now it's locked. I used it on this one, then figured out that I can't transfer the USB information to another computer. Is there any way to unlock it without having to ship it off somewhere or something like that?

There are several very easy ways to get around the windows password. However as I don't know its actually your laptop I can't tell you. Its also against forum rules. Any competent local computer shop should be able to IF you take them proof of ownership.
