Question Locked out of old Lenovo laptop

Old Levono 100s 14BR laptop, can't remember pin number or user name, so can't get in to computer. Even with rebooting, safe mode, troubleshooting...always takes me back to account/login page. I would even totally reset it. Used every idea I could Google. Ready to take it to a professional, unless, perhaps, you have an idea? Needs to be step by step. Thanks!

You can do a complete clean reinstall of Windows. That will clear off all the data on the drive.

I can't get past the Lenovo sign in page. I can't access any settings or anything.

You don't need to. There's a summary I made for a previous question. There are numerous pitfalls along the way so you may run into a snag. If you don't need to preserve the data, there is no risk of damage and a shop could finish for you. If you need to preserve the data, you need to go to a shop.
