Locked out Toshiba bios,unknown password

Toshiba Satellite P105-S9337 .
I forgot the password to access the Bios .I am unable to access the bios settings.
How would I go about gaining entry and changing the password in the bios .

Just about the only way to gain reaccess to the bios would be to send it in to toshiba so they can wipe it clean. There is really no other way that I know of.
