Locking an Excel sheet

How to lock an excel sheet that it cannot be opened by anyone.

Add it to winrar archive with password. Make sure password is at least 10 symbols long, that way there's no way some one will be able to open it if they don't know the password.

How do I protect a worksheet?

Activate the worksheet to be protected, then choose Tools - Protection - Protect Sheet. You will be asked to provide a password (optional). If you do provide a password, that password will be required to unprotect the worksheet.
