logging into my Facebook account

I keep getting this message from Facebook "unfortunately you can't log into your account while we're reviewing the additional documents." It's been over a week now. I've tried to submit an appeal but it's saying the email address doesn't belong to a disabled account, so it's not disabled apparently. What should I do?
