Logitech G35 vs. Razer Megaladon vs. Sennheiser HD555 vs. 5.1 Headsets

Which one should I get?

Or, should I get a 5.1 one? If I want the best sound quality, with a good microphone, should I go to 2.1, 5.1, or 7.1? Also, does it matter if it's a USB or jack?

For music I would get the 555 and a 2.1 system. For gaming/movies a 5.1.
