My Logitech G430 is connected to my 3.5mm pink mic jack at the back and my Realtek audio manager detects it as a mic in and says its working but when I go to test it, it doesn’t work and nobody can hear me. My headphones work but my microphone doesn’t. It’s firmly plugged in and set as my default device. please help

I have the same problem as well, I don't know what to do! It says everything is working perfectly, but none of my friend could hear me talking in discord app or in-game.

My privacy settings are already set to allow the microphone. My issue is that, as soon as the update was applied, my G430 headset's microphone won't pick up any sound unless I talk very loudly - even though the volume and boost are both at max in settings.

If the privacy settings were responsible, it wouldn't pick up anything at all.

This happens any time I am using the mic - testing in the settings menu, it will pick up (green bar) as soon as I start talking. In any VOIP setting (in-game, TeamSpeak, etc) it will only pick up if I start talking very, very loudly.

It was working fine last night before I applied the update.
