Logitech Gaming Software won't open [G502/Windows 8.1]

I can see that the program opens in task manager, but no GUI pops up anywhere. This started happening about a week ago and it's frustrating since I can't change my DPI for my g502. I've tried uninstalling and re installing as well as restarting my computer multiple times. Google searches led nowhere as well.

Yes I did.

Don't know if this would work, many people are facing the same issue. But it worked for me. What I did was kill the program in the task manager and relaunch it.
